A couple of weeks ago, Electronic Arts showed a trailer and then walked us through a demo of its upcoming shooter, Medal of Honor . Although the demo looked impressive, it was only 60 percent complete and in desperate need of some polish. The trailer, on the other hand, made our trigger fingers itchy.

It's a text adventure: there are no graphics, just descriptions of your surroundings and their occupants. You interact with one or the other by typing commands like "talk", "pick up" and so forth. Saying more would be spoiling it, but suffice to say not getting shot is one priority.

Peter Graves has passed away at the age of 83, just shy of his 84th birthday. According to The Hollywood Reporter , he went out to brunch on Sunday with his wife and kids, and upon returning to the house, collapsed before he could get inside, passing away from an apparent heart attack. Graves' career started in 1942, with an uncredited role as a bombardier in the Oscar-nominated documentary short Winning Your Wings .

On Sunday night against the Hornets , Amar'e Stoudemire posted his fourth 30-point performance in his last five games -- and for those of you who care, in that fifth game he scored 29 points against the Lakers . Stoudemire dropped 36 points on 11-of-17 shooting, 14-of-14 from the line, and 12 rebounds in just 32 minutes.
